西冷橋
該怎麼形容西泠橋呢？若斷橋是許仙與白娘子的愛而婚姻，長橋是梁山伯與祝英台的愛而化蝶，或者陶師兒與王宣教的愛而不得，則我認為西泠橋是一個年華正好、待字閨中的識文碧玉，她真如在愛情面前很冷靜很委婉的處女。白娘子是主動而大膽得沒有羞澀遮掩的，心裡燃著愛情的太陽火，把愛情的熱水器也燒得火熱，燙跑法海，燙怕許仙。祝英台也是主動的，但撩撥對方的時候將含蓄的藝術用盡，暗示多於明示，將愛情的愛而不可說、鬧於心而羞於說渲染到感動全世界的地步。西泠橋是個等待愛情的女子，至於等誰，她一直不說，她可能認為愛本身就是一種等待，等待二字是最好的愛的名詞解釋。假若有鍾情於西湖的人到了西湖，是一定要到此處來的，因為西湖只此處尚未許身。

桂花的營養分析
桂花為木犀科植物木犀的花。木犀常綠灌木或小喬木，常綠灌木或小喬木，高可達7米，樹皮灰白色。葉對生，革質，橢圓形或長橢圓狀披針形，長3～8厘米，先端尖或漸尖，基部楔形，全緣或有銳細鋸齒，葉脈6～8對，向下面突出；葉柄短。花簇生於葉腋，雌雄異株，具細弱花梗；花萼4裂，裂片齒狀；花冠4裂，分裂達於基部，裂片長橢圓形，白色或黃色，芳香；雄花具雄蕊2，隱藏於花冠內；雌花有雌蕊1，花柱圓柱形，柱頭頭狀，子房2室。核果長橢圓形，含種子1枚。

桂花辛香，具有行氣之功，能夠緩急止痛、散血消淤，並促進腸道穢濁物質的排泄、下腸風痢血。
桂花馨香，能祛除口中異味，並有殺滅口中細菌的功效，是口臭患者的食療佳品。
桂花辛溫，體質偏熱，火熱內盛者慎食。適宜口臭者、牙痛者、慢性支氣管炎患者。

南瓜籽的食療作用
食療價值：
葫蘆科藤本植物南瓜的種子。南瓜又名番瓜、飯瓜。我國各地均有栽培。夏、秋季採成熟果實，剖瓜、收集種子，除去瓤膜，曬乾或焙乾。食用時多除去種殼，稱南瓜子仁。
性能：
1、味甘，性平。能補脾益氣，下乳汁，潤肺燥，驅蟲。
2、含豐富的指肪油（為亞麻仁油酸、油酸等的甘油酯）、蛋白質、胡蘿蔔素、維生素B1、B2、C，南瓜子氨酸等成分。
3、對絛蟲，蛔蟲有明顯的驅蟲作用，對牛肉絛蟲或豬肉絛蟲的中段及後段都有麻痺作用。又能抑制和殺來實驗小鼠體內日本血吸蟲的幼蟲，對雌蟲作用更強。本品驅蟲的有效成分為水溶性南瓜子氨酸。
用途：
用於脾虛營養不良，消瘦乏力；脾虛水腫；產後缺乳；百日咳，咳嗽咽乾；絛蟲、蛔蟲和血吸蟲病。
用法：
生嚼，炒食，研末，或煎湯。
其他：
1、南瓜子湯：南瓜子20g，薏苡仁30g。加水煎服。
本方有健脾利水，消腫作用。可用於脾虛水腫，小便短少。
2、南瓜子泥：南瓜子仁15g。搗爛成泥狀，衝入適量沸水，或再加白糖調味。一次服用，早晚空腹各服1次。
本方用南瓜子生乳。用於產後缺乳（煮粥或炒食無效）。
3、南瓜子散：南瓜子60~120g。炒熟，研為細末。用蜂蜜或白糖開水一次送服，一日2次。亦可嚼服南瓜子仁。
本品有良好的驅蟲作用。可用於絛蟲、蛔蟲、急性血吸蟲病等。若與驅蟲藥檳榔配伍，驅除絛蟲的效果更好。
詳細介紹
南瓜子為葫蘆科一年生蔓生藤本植物南瓜Cucurbitamoschata（Duch..）poiret的種子。主產於浙江、江蘇、河北、山東、山西、四川等地。夏、秋果實成熟時採收，取子，曬乾。研粉主用，以新鮮者良。用於絛蟲證。本品有殺蟲之功，且甘平不傷正氣，主要用於驅殺絛蟲。用治絛蟲病，每與檳榔同用，可增強療效。如驗方驅絛方，即用本品研粉，冷開水調服60～120克，兩小時後，服檳榔60～120克的水煎劑，再過半小時，服玄明粉15克，促使瀉下，以利蟲體排出。此外，南瓜於亦可用治血吸蟲病，但須較大劑量服用。

梅幹菜的營養做法
梅干菜是一種中國傳統烹飪原料。使用雪裡蕻或其他芥菜種類的莖葉，用鹽醃製風乾而成。是一種客家鄉土菜。秋末冬初，菜園裡的芥菜抽了苔，姆指粗細，頂帶花蕾，形如秋萄，脆嫩味甘。這時，摘下菜心，晾掛幾天。待葉子變軟時，放進盆裡，撒上鹽，用手揉搓，等滲出一些菜汁時，便裝入陶甕，碼放一層撒一層鹽，裝滿後用芥菜葉或竹筍殼把甕口封嚴。過了十天半個月，取出曬乾，便成職色澤金黃，鹹酸味甘的梅干菜。
營養價值
